I am one of the original founders of TRIGG. It has been and continues to be a passion of mine to love, serve, and help people. God has blessed me with the ability to help men who are struggling to provide for their families. It is one thing to give someone a fish when they are hungry, but it is another thing to teach them how to fish. It is my desire to see men walk in the obedience and purposes of God. My job is to help them along the way. My reward is to see the men I’ve helped help others do the same.
I grew up in the Catholic faith as a child but we were never consistent in our church attendance. I always loved God but I didn’t live for Him. When I was a sophomore in high school, I dated a girl that attended a Young Life ministry on campus. She invited me to go with her and I accepted the invitation. I was introduced to Jesus and I entered into a personal relationship with Him. I gave him my life and asked Him to be the Lord of my life. He has never let me down. He is faithful. Although I have fought my own battles and have gotten “off course,” He never left me and He has never forsaken me.
The term ‘marketplace ministry’ has shaped the last 10 years of my career, and TRIGG has become a shining example of what marketplace ministry looks like. It’s been a dream come true to work for a company that champions the gifts and callings of others. I am at TRIGG to serve the Kingdom of God with my gifts and to provide the local church with construction resources that protects and expands their capabilities.
Having been raised by local pastors, my life has been centered around growing people through ministry. At 18 years old a word was spoken over my life that I was to be a marketplace minister. For the next 8 years, I would embark on a journey with my wife Brittany and our growing family to discover what marketplace ministry looked like. During that 8 years, we would plant a church in San Diego, participate in the successful funding of a startup in the green energy sector, move back to Texas to build and launch Software as a Service and Mobile Applications in the technology sector, and ultimately land at TRIGG in 2016 after God rerouted my plans to align with His. It has been incredible to see how God works every season of life together for His purposes and for the good of His children. TRIGG today looks less like a business and more like a ministry. However, it’s my passion to execute business with excellence because we’re working as unto the Lord. I do that through operations of TRIGG, but beyond the title, I’m just here to serve.
With a background of over 12 years in marketing, technology, and business development I have had the unique opportunity of serving, leading, and partnering with some incredible people. Without the leaders in my life who have discipled me and given me an opportunity, I wouldn’t have the capacity to serve others the way I am today. I count it the highest honor to use the strengths God has given me to serve, resource, and create for those who have given their lives for the cause of Christ – The Church.
I am here because of my history of 28 plus years of serving the local church. This enables me to be a liaison to the church for TRIGG as I understand the uniqueness of churches and their staffs. TRIGG has a strategic place in both the church market and the corporate market. Because of the strengths and diversity of our team, we bring values to these markets that qualifies TRIGG to meet the needs of our clients.
I first met James Lozano in 2009 at a men’s event in Red River, NM. Fast forward to 2014, we reconnected and from there I began my work at Webb Roofing until TRIGG was launched in January of 2015, at which time I joined the TRIGG team. As a project manager, I am in direct contact with all trades to coordinate their work at the site along with direct contact with the customer throughout the entirety of the project.
After completing my associates degree, I spent 29 years serving churches in Texas and South Carolina. In Texas and South Carolina, I was directly involved in building expansions, renovations, and new builds. I worked directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to these projects. I am certified in both OSHA 10 & OSHA 30.
I am passionate about spending time with my family, serving others, and watching God do amazing things. I am in awe of His love and overwhelmed by His grace! Once I was exposed to TRIGG and the people here, I started praying about whether God wanted me here. The more I prayed, the stronger I felt about joining the team and it was the best decision of my professional life. I get a kick out of building things, so it’s a bonus that I get to do it in an atmosphere such as this. I love to play golf, fish, read, and make people laugh.
Many people have a testimony that begins with being in a very difficult situation or deep in a hole somewhere dealing with depression or anger, etc. My story is a bit different. I was born while my dad was in Bible School studying to be a pastor, and I was raised around good influences and lots of love. I struggled for years in early adulthood with wondering just what testimony I had to offer. I was often moved by hearing how our wonderful savior rescued someone from a life of defeat and was even somewhat envious, having never felt “rescued.” Then one day God revealed how He loves me so much that he prevented me from having to go through a lot of the mess that some folks endure. He surrounded me with people who loved me and helped guide me away from the pitfalls out there. He reminded me that you don’t have to live through incredible pain in order to serve Him. I am forever grateful to Him for protecting me and I love Him more every day!

Working at TRIGG has been an answer to prayer for me. I knew that God was at work in the company and had honestly prayed for the opportunity to work here for a year and half before God opened the door. Being the Project Engineer for the team allows me to be involved in many of aspects of the company and its projects. That means more opportunities to grow and more people I get to serve and share the love of God with. I am eternally grateful for that.
Prior to working for TRIGG I had found myself married with 2 kids and stuck in a dead end job that was neither challenging nor providing an opportunity for personal growth. I simply had no vision for myself or my family. Being raised as a pastor’s kid, I knew that I was called to be more than what I was at that time. I just didn’t seem to have the proper guidance to become whatever that was. Through the leadership here at TRIGG, God began to reveal to me my true potential in every aspect of my life. Today I am more excited than ever to get out of bed and get to work. I have a passion for the company I work for and the people I get to serve through my position. Now, I do everything as if it’s for Jesus Christ himself and that has completely shifted my focus and work ethic. I truly believe that because God is our focus and is present in everything we do here at TRIGG we are not only changing the spirit with which business is done, but we are changing the lives of the people we do business with.
For 5 years I had worked my way up to being Operations Manager for a well established fence company. During those 5 years, I gained a great foundation in knowing how to manage project finances as well as company finances. Upon arriving at TRIGG, I worked in sales and residential project management for 6 months. I then helped create and began running the operations of our residential department. From there, I moved to managing the operations of the commercial restoration department. Now, thanks to my background in project finance, my experience in project management, and my time spent managing our subcontractor database, I am currently the sole Project Engineer here at TRIGG.
I’m with TRIGG to fulfill the calling God has put on my life. Serving people with love and the gift to work with my hands. TRIGG is doing amazing things for the Kingdom and the construction industry and I’m honored to be a part of it.
Most of my life I grew up in Hawaii. I knew of God, but didn’t have a personal relationship with Him. After high school I went straight into the construction industry. For 3 years I worked in construction and commercial fishing on the weekends. During that time, when I was 19, I met my wife while she was going to school there. She was constantly telling me about God and the life He could give me. One day my wife and I were sitting by the beach discussing my struggles. During that conversation, I realized I couldn’t continue in the direction I was going. I decided that day to completely give my life to the Lord. After that I knew I needed to leave Hawaii. In 2007, I moved to Texas and married my best friend. After we got married we struggled to have children. It took us about 8 years to conceive our first. Three years later and we have three under three! God is good! We love Texas and can’t see ourselves anywhere else!
For the past 11 years I’ve worked in construction and the oil field industry. I’m incredibly thankful God has placed me here at TRIGG to use my skill set and my love for the Lord everyday.
He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much . My prayer is that God would make us at TRIGG into men and women of influence by way of integrity in all that we do. I seek to win over people to Christ through good works and servanthood in how we operate in the business arena. I feel honored to have been moved across the country (from PA to TX) and to have the opportunity to do business in one of the best local economies in the country. I pray we would be an example for our great God.
In 2015 God called me out of the darkness again and into the light. He pursued my heart and won me over. Then again in late 2017 and 2018 He brought me into a new level of consecration I had not yet experienced. He showed up in a dream that I had and told me he was jealous over me, and that I was still flirting with things of my past and of this world. I have emerged out of this season with a new sense of who He is and just how jealous he is over my soul. I now understand that He calls me righteous and set apart, holy and consecrated, and that we are to be Holy as He is Holy. I felt called to Trigg to operate in business because they have a vision to be what I would consider, a city on a hill. I seek to know Jesus more intimately everyday and to make Him known in all that I do.

I came to TRIGG with a passion for ministering to ministers and identifying and serving the needs of local churches. As a pastor of Abiding Peace Community in Flower Mound, Texas, I naturally understand the needs and challenges church leaders face each day, often being understaffed and without a proven resource to walk with them through. My role consists of building trusted relationships with pastors, business owners, and community leaders who may or may not have construction-related needs, but are looking for tailored solutions to the unique challenges within the life-cycle of any building. Upon identifying a need, I engage TRIGG’s qualified experts to assess possible solutions and subsequent proposals. Looking forward, the best is ahead as TRIGG establishes trust and excellence as the foundation in bringing ministry and the marketplace together in the Kingdom.
My older brother Kevin and I were sold for $600 in 1973. Despite seemingly insurmountable challenges, God orchestrated every event and season with purpose, showing that the first chapter of anyone’s life doesn’t determine how the story ends. I responded to the Lord’s call on my life while playing football at the University of Northern Iowa. It was during this time that I met my wife, Trish, and we have served churches across Missouri and Texas together. Trish and I have three beautiful daughters we are massively proud of. I rededicated my life to Jesus at the age of nineteen. What had been ceremonial then became personal. Highly relational, I love Jesus and people, and the Kingdom impact that personal discipleship makes individually and corporately. Because relationships remain the foundational to all that I do. I love every opportunity to connect with the individuals I get to meet as a consultant with TRIGG.
God called me to TRIGG supernaturally through my neighbor who is a former member/employee. Through several meetings, prayers, and mutual sharing and exchanges with TRIGG leadership as well as intentional prayers during the Monday meetings, the Lord saw fit to bring me into the awesome TRIGG family.
A midwest kid, I grew up with strong hardworking parents who were business owners. As a very young child I learned the values of hard work, customer service, and treating all people with dignity and honor. A bright but undisciplined child, I always challenged “why?” and questioned my teachers and leaders. This eventually became one of my strengths as I accepted Christ and began immediately leading the young and old to the Lord. The “why” served as fuel and focus as I accepted the Lord at 20 years old, to my meeting and marrying the wife of my youth, Jayme (Chavah) Harris at 22. Through over 20 years of ministry and over 17 years of pastoral leadership in Messianic Jewish Churches, Beit Messiah (Saint Louis, MO), Beit Yashua (Dallas, TX), HFF DFW (Bedford, TX), while also in key leadership positions in the Messianic Israel Alliance, The Hebraic Roots Network, Revive, Camp Yeshua and other ministries and events across the country, I’m a testimony to the fact that He saves, redeems, restores, heals and blesses His children!
I’ve been blessed to enjoy a 17 plus year background in leadership, leadership development, and pastoral care; 12 plus years of training and background in process development, conflict resolution, supply chain, problem management, logic, business modeling, troubleshooting, technical leadership, Internet TV, Internet Radio, Radio, and Podcast; and 20 plus years of professional speaking, teaching, and preaching. It’s all been because of The LORD and HIS mercy and favor. I am super humbled and grateful to be HIS and likewise so humbled to have joined the TRIGG family!
I’m here because of Divine Placement. I believe that God placed me here at Trigg for a purpose and I’m excited to see what that purpose will yield. I love the fact that I work with a group of men and women who operate in service to others with integrity and love. The concept of “Workplace Ministry” fills a void in my spirit and I am honored to be in the number of those that are promoting this concept.
I met Trina Lozano at Gateway Church in Southlake. I was waiting for prayer and she was part of the prayer ministry. Trina prayed for me that day and we became fast friends. As she began to learn my story she and her family began to pour into our lives. I have two sons. Stephon and Sammie. They both love and adore the Lozano’s. I was in a very dark and lonely place and once again, God sent me a “ram in the bush”. We are no longer alone here in DFW we have, in the Lozano’s, the family we were so desperately missing. As I participated in Monday morning Praise and Worship, I have stepped in to my gift of “Prophecy” and although it is a new walk for me, I am walking without fear because I know that He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world. I thank God for Trigg and my Trigg family.
I come to Trigg with 14 years of industry experience from companies like Applied Materials as a Quality Engineer, Boeing as a Manufacturing Engineer, Applied Materials as a Project Manager and Goodwill Industries of Dallas as Vice President of Special Projects. I have owned and sold two businesses. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and I am currently studying for the Project Manager Professional’s Certification (PMP). (Anticipated Completion Date: November 2019)
